Good place, Having a loved one in a facility is never easy, never ideal. Sometimes circumstances dictate course of action. My mother was there due to advanced Alzheimer disease. She passed away while in their care. I will be forever grateful for the love, care and compassion that she received there.

My mother was placed here and was severely neglected. I live out of town and visited unexpectedly. Her toenails were growing into her skin, her nails were long and caked with dirt, and she was unable to eat, drink, walk, or communicate due to a raging urinary tract infection. The staff did not want us to move her but we called an ambulance and had her taken to the hospital where she was treated but never recovered. She died on 9/5/23. The staff was rude, uneducated, defensive, and neglectful even after notified of her condition. They did not start an IV, antibiotics, had not gotten a urine sample. When asked how long she had been unresponsive they did not know. Do NOT put your loved one here. They simply don't care about their patients. They have been sited for abuse on Medicare's website.

Awesome administration staff. Top notch therapy team. The best in the land. Great CNAs and nurses who love their job. Clean and smells great. This place was an answer to my prayer for my mom’s rehab

HORRIBLE PLACE!! Please do not send anyone here!! A total lack of care, responsibility or empathy for residents!! Starts at the top (administrator) and works it way down. Residents not properly taken care of, meds not given properly, left in urine and feces for hours, no working call buttons, cold indigestible food, verbally abused - the list just goes on! Cant reach anyone at facility and if you do - they are rude and unprofessional. How do I know this? My mother came here for a month rehab, alert, happy & excited to do the work so she could return to her own home. Three weeks later, was taken by ambulance to hospital at request of family member who found her in extreme decline, where a week later she was gone. Realistically, I knew my mom didn't have many years left but this place, I feel hastened her death by their lack of basic care. Don't believe any of the good reviews as I believe they are written by staff. Again, please rethink if you are considering this place!!

I had to come back and add to this review as I wanted to acknowledge the FEW employees that did seem to care. I am sure they are no longer there, as even they were disgusted at what went on in the place. Tried reaching out numerous times to staff by phone on a daily basis (as I lived out of state) for assistance for my mother to no avail. And still waiting on that call from the administrator that I had requested over a hundred times.

Great facility. My mother just recently discharged home from Quince and she is doing much better now thanks to the rehab department. She is actually doing better now than she was before admitted to Quince. Social services department was very helpful with making sure my mother had the things she needed to discharge home safely. overall great experience.

They are very short staff. They busy getting patients in but not caring that they need help. My father were there for only rehab. It was the worse 3 months. Please please don't put your love one's 🙏 here. It sad when Nurse, CNA, & patient's says this please is BAD!

This place is absolutely horrific. How is it this facility is still operating. Have been trying to reach the Director for months. I have an uncle that is not being properly cared for. He has formed knots on his body and they refuse to give him care or send him to hospital. The staff is very rude. The food is cold and the place needs cleaning. I hate this place.

Absolutely would not recommend this place. They don’t keep family informed of appointments, who is taking care of them, their recovery status, and basically just want your money. The amount it costs to stay here is not worth it. If it comes down to it that my family needs to stay in another facility, we will not be choosing this one.
